Individual returns
A postal drop-off service that is targeted to low-volume customers who want to return up to 10 HP LaserJet toner cartridges and/or up to 50 HP ink cartridges for recycling. Depending on the type of cartridge, this service offers you the possibility to order or print postage-paid return materials free of charge. Simply pack/label your cartridges and drop them off at the nearest post office.

Bulk Returns
A bulk return service targeted to medium and high-volume customers who want to return 100 to 2000 HP ink cartridges and/or 15 to 300 HP LaserJet toner cartridges for recycling.
Simply order up to 10 LaserJet or up to 10 Inkjet collection boxes. The collection boxes are delivered to you free of charge.
Fill up these boxes with your used cartridges and request a box collection when they are ready to go, also free of charge.

If your surgery has inks and toners for any other printer manufacturer or compatible HP toners we are able to provide a chargeable recycling service.
The service is provided and administered by Futurform, but carried out by an independent specialist recycling company.
